Some special items, such as liquid goods, can only be shipped using the Eco-shipping method, which may increase the shipping cost for worldwide delivery.

3. Delivery Terms

We work with a variety of carriers to ship your order, depending on the destination address.

• Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
• The package may be subject to local customs or VAT taxes, which depend on the shipping destination. For more details, please refer to your country’s customs policies.

4. Change of Delivery Address

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to change the shipping address. However, if you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order by emailing us at the address below or by filling out our Contact Form.

5. Cancellation
